My Process
Eden will prepare a Comparative Market Analysis on all listings. In addition, Eden will help stage the home while to get the home picture ready and help stay show-ready through the entire listing process. While listing a home, Eden will help navigate the seller on negotiations and be with them throughout the entire process to the closing table and make sure the sellers yield the highest amount possible. While working with buyers, Eden refers them over to her group of trusted lenders to help gauge the buying power. Eden will be with them the entire time they are searching for a home, help negotiate contracts, set up inspections and get the buyer to the closing table.
I also provide staging advice, professional videos and photography to better showcase your home while it is on the market.
